Once an order is placed with our Company it can not be cancelled or modified as each item is made custom to your order. Please make sure your orders are correct before placing as we are not liable for mistakes made on your part.

Due to the fact every eliquid order is custom-made all our E-Liquid sales are FINAL.We can not guarantee flavors as all people's tastes are different. Shipping within The United States

We are currently shipping through USPS priority. Smaller packages ship 1st class. Shipping times average around 2 to 3 days. Please note that these are not guaranteed. We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages during shipping. All packages come with standard $50.00 insurance. If you have experienced any of these problems please contact USPS with your tracking number to file a claim. If you need additional insurance please contact us directly prior to shipping.

We are no longer offering Free Shipping. Due to price inflation on ingredients we have decided to remove the free shipping option in order to keep our prices low. Sorry for the inconvenience. This way we can continue to deliver premium quality products without increasing prices.

International Shipping

We are now shipping to All outside countries.

When you place an order, it usually takes between 24 to 72 hours to fill depending on the numbers of orders received prior to yours.( Subject to change based on incoming order volume) Once your order has been filled, we ship using USPS first class and priority shipping which takes up to 7 to 14 days for you to receive.
